Public Mobilization for Constitutional Defense Support

Description

Establishes a public education and mobilization initiative in [State/Local Jurisdiction] to support residents, organizations, and local officials in resisting federal lawlessness and restoring constitutional governance. Provides funding and resources for public awareness campaigns, legal education programs, and civic engagement efforts. Encourages coordination with advocacy groups, community organizations, and other jurisdictions to strengthen public resistance strategies. May include support for direct action and legal or financial assistance for individuals or organizations targeted as a result of resisting unlawful federal authority.

This provision is enacted as part of the Restoration of Constitutional Governance and Protection of the People Act, either initially or by amendment, and the general provisions of the Act apply to it, including as to jurisdiction and time bar.
