Executive Authority to Defend Public Servants from Unlawful Federal Targeting

      Description
      Authorizes the [Governor/Local Executive] to take direct action to prevent federal agencies from unlawfully targeting public servants who follow [State/Local Jurisdiction] law in defiance of illegal federal mandates. Allows executive orders directing state and local agencies to block or counteract federal enforcement actions against protected individuals. Grants the executive authority to use state resources to impede unconstitutional federal interference.
This provision is enacted as part of the Restore the Constitution Act, either initially or by amendment, and the general provisions of the Act apply to it, including as to jurisdiction.
