Hello, my name is [YOUR NAME], and I’m a constituent of [NAME OF OFFICIAL].

I’m calling to urge [him/her/them] to introduce and pass the Restore the Constitution Act in the [NAME OF LEGISLATIVE BODY].

The United States is in the midst of an authoritarian takeover. The federal executive has abandoned the Constitution—refusing to execute the laws of Congress, defying court orders, violating fundamental rights, and dismantling the protections our communities depend on.

The Restore the Constitution Act is how state and local governments can act now—by declaring the crisis, committing to defend their people, creating the structure for coordinated action, and beginning enforcement through a private right of action in state court.

If for any reason you aren't familiar with the Act, you can find the full text and more information at democratism.org. That’s D-E-M-O-C-R-A-T-I-S-M dot org.

You can also reach me at [YOUR PHONE NUMBER].

Thank you.
