The Restore the Constitution Act is ready for adoption by state and local governments. It declares the crisis, commits them to defend their people, lets people and the attorney general sue the responsible federal officials in state court, empowers the governor to apply the state's regulatory powers against those who carry out or aid the takeover, and creates a structure for coordinated action and for additional measures to increase the pressure to restore constitutional governance.
