cases in state court;

illegal federal action to sue the responsible federal officials in state court; and

is built for escalation: additional measures from Democratism's growing
Catalog of Legislative Actions can be plugged
into the Act to increase pressure on the federal government to return to constitutional
governance.
This is not another narrow response to one abuse. It is a new kind of response because we face a
new kind of threat: an assault on the whole constitutional order.
